Refer & Win

The Refer & Win promotion is run by Hotcorp Pty Ltd trading as Hotgas (ABN 80 119 271 804), referred to as “Hotgas”. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

The promotion begins on Tuesday 1st July 2025 and ends at 4:00pm on Wednesday 31st July 2025, unless extended.

Hotgas reserves the right to extend the promotion period at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated via the Hotgas website, email, or social media channels.

• Referrers must be existing Hotgas customers with an active account.
• Referrals must be new customers who have not previously ordered from Hotgas.
• The referred customer must place and pay for their first gas order within the promotion period for both the referrer and the new customer to receive an entry into the draw.
• The new customer must mention the referrer’s full name at the time of placing their order (via phone or in the online order notes).
• Only orders for LPG cylinders of 13.5kg or larger are eligible. Orders for smaller cylinders, appliances, or other services do not qualify.

• One valid referral = two entries: one for the referrer, and one for the new customer.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make.
• Each eligible referred customer can only receive one entry as a new customer.

• The prize is $500 credit applied to the winner’s Hotgas account.
• The credit is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The credit can be used toward future LPG purchases with Hotgas.

• A random draw will take place on Friday 1st August 2025 at the Hotgas office.
• The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within 3 business days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, a redraw may take place.

• Hotgas reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
• Hotgas may cancel or amend the promotion if required due to events beyond its control.
• By entering, participants agree to have their first name and suburb published in promotional materials if they win.
