Campaign Terms & Conditions – FREE 4kg BBQ Cylinder

Promotion Period: 
Starts 9 January 2026 and ends while stocks last.

Eligibility – New Customers

• Offer is available to new Hotgas customers only, meaning the customer must not have previously held an account with Hotgas.
• New customers must sign up for a Hotgas account and place an order to be eligible.
• The customer’s account must include a 13.5kg LPG cylinder or larger.
• Only one (1) FREE 4kg BBQ cylinder per account.

Eligibility – Referrals

• Existing Hotgas customers may receive a FREE 4kg BBQ cylinder by referring a friend who becomes a new customer.
• The referring customer must be recorded in the new customer’s account attributes at the time of sign-up to be eligible.
• Only one (1) FREE 4kg BBQ cylinder per account applies.

Cylinder Details

• FREE BBQ cylinders are 4kg LPG cylinders, supplied with LPG included.
• Cylinders are pre-loved and may not have a full 10-year test period remaining.
• All cylinders will be in test and suitable for Drop & Swap exchanges.
• Cylinders may be fitted with either POL or LCC27 valves. Customers may request a preference at the time of order; valve type is subject to availability.

Delivery

• The FREE BBQ cylinder will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery, as agreed with the customer.
• Delivery timing is subject to Hotgas delivery schedules and operational requirements.
• Customers are welcome to collect BBQ cylinder from Hotgas’ Yandina Depot.

Stock Availability

• FREE 4kg BBQ cylinders are strictly limited and available only while stocks last.
• Hotgas reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time if stock is exhausted or circumstances change.

General

• This promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other product or offer.
• Hotgas reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline the offer where the Terms & Conditions are not met.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Additional Terms

By participating in this promotion, you consent to Hotgas collecting and using your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These campaign Terms & Conditions form part of, and are subject to, Hotgas’s standard Website Terms & Conditions.

Hotgas reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or withdraw the offer where fraud, misuse, or abuse of the promotion is suspected.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
